(Reuters) – Bayer’s Monsanto unit said on Wednesday that a Philadelphia Court jury reached a verdict in the Young Roundup product liability trial in their favor.
Bayer bought Monsanto for $63 billion in 2018, and has faced extensive and costly litigation over whether Monsanto’s Roundup weed killer causes cancer.
